How do I access my voucher?

Once purchased, your voucher(s) will be available immediately.

As Member - To print log in to www.dailydealstwincities.com and click on 'My Account' > 'My Purchases' > 'Print Voucher'

As Guest - To print click ‘View Orders’ > enter e-mail address and order number to view and print all vouchers.

Can I get a refund?

You may request a refund of the paid value (only) of a Daily Deal if you have not redeemed the Voucher, in the following instances:

· You request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of making your purchase.

· The Merchant went out of business before you could redeem your Voucher.

· You attempted to redeem your voucher, but the Merchant would not permit redemption.

Daily Deals reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to offer refunds in other instances but is not obligated to do so.

What happens if my voucher expires?

The paid value of an unused voucher does not expire, per state law. The promotional value expires on the date listed in the deal content. For instance, if you paid $10 for a $20 voucher, the voucher is valid for the original $10 paid if it remains unused after the listed expiration date.

Any trouble redeeming the original paid value after expiration should be reported to the Daily Deals team immediately for resolution.

What if the merchant refuses to honor my voucher?

We work hard to develop strong relationships with all of our merchant partners and our customers. Our Daily Deals team will work on your behalf to make sure your voucher is honored as it is listed or resolution is achieved.

Why won't my purchase go through?

Our Daily Deals team does not have access to your payment information or details regarding any declined transactions. Common culprits for this event are:

- Incorrect or incomplete billing address information (specifically, zip codes)

- Incorrect or incomplete credit card information (specifically, cvv/cvc codes)

What if I don't have a printer?

The majority of merchants can accept a voucher that is presented on a phone or tablet. Vouchers can be accessed through the mobile version of dailydealstwincities.com or via your email.

What if I can't find the confirmation email?

If you did not receive your confirmation email, it is likely that your email address was incorrectly entered. You can resolve this by emailing dailydeals@twincities.com or calling 651-222-1111.
